Anywhere you look online, you will see millions of photos of customers sharing their experiences; the good, the bad, and everything in between. In an era where everyone has a smart device, a picture can speak to everyone quicker than you can read a review.
Businesses are finding that a positive review with a photo can be a gold mine- and a negative review with a photo can be a training opportunity for the owner to respond to that customer publicly and offer a solution ore replacement.
