The Stages in the Online Consumer Decision-Making Process

For my company project, using The Hampton Chocolate Factory's imagined online

consumers as a reference, I was able to create a chart describing how their customers begin their purchasing decisions.

In the assignment for "Consumer Decision Making," you can see that their customer goes through several stages: wondering if they want to spend a little extra money to be "part of that lifestyle" that the brand portrays.
